TC Tours Limited is a subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, offering ticket management solution for Thomas Cook's diversified line of business including Corporate Travel, MICE, Leisure Travel, and ad-hoc in partnership with on ground suppliers and destination management companies in India and abroad. Headquartered in Mumbai, our footprint spreads across the major cities of New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Goa.
An integral part of TC Tours Limited (Formerly known as Thomas Cook Tours Limited) is the inhouse travel talent Management company - Centre of Learning. The focus of Centre of Learning is to develop talent for the organization as well as for the Industry. In the context of high growth and increasing customer expectations, talent management will be one of the important challenges to the Travel Industry. This relates to both the shortage of actual numbers and the desired capability levels from both a technical and managerial perspective. Thomas Cook - Centre of Learning has been set up with the objective of proactively facilitating the talent management in the travel industry and would strive to grow, harness and nurture the skill sets in the industry. Thomas Cook India's Centre of Learning has received IATA accreditation as "Top 10 South Asia IATA Authorized Training Centers", 2015 2013 & 2012.

- In the year 2000, the Group commenced operations in Mauritius and also acquired the Sri Lanka business from Thomas Cook Overseas Ltd, UK.
- In 2006, acquired LKP Forex Limited and Travel Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. (TCI)
- In May 2012, TC Group India arm sale to Fairbridge Capital (Mauritius) Limited
- Post an open offer in Aug 2012, TCIL is part of Fairfax Group, Canada
- 2013: TCIL acquires Quess Corp (formerly known as Ikya Group)
- 2014-15: Sterling Holiday Resorts merges with TCIL (subject to statutory approvals)
- 2015-16: Acquired SOTC Travel Services Private Limited (formerly known as Kuoni Travel (India) Private Limited)
- 2017-18: Through its subsidiaries completed the acquisition of the DMS entities from Kuoni Travel Investments Limited.

| Mr. Debasis Nandy - Director |
Mr. Debasis Nandy is a Director of TC Tours Limited (Formerly known as Thomas Cook Tours Limited) and President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, India’s leading integrated travel and travel related Services Company. Mr. Nandy joined Thomas Cook in 2008 as Senior Vice President and Financial Controller responsible for formulating, directing and ensuring implementation of sound financial policies and practices. In his capacity as Senior Vice President and Financial Controller, Mr. Nandy effectively implemented a centralised payment processing solution and introduced electronic payment solutions enabling faster turnaround times and optimum fund utilization. He also won the award for “Best Service Function” for 2009 for building a strong, committed and proactive finance team with a high level of customer focus.
Mr. Nandy has about 30 years of experience in Manufacturing and Service industry in Finance and Supply Chain having worked with Piramal Healthcare Ltd, Aviva Offshore Services, ICI India Ltd and Indian Aluminium Company Ltd. He has worked across the entire domain of finance including Accounts & MIS, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting and Planning, Business Finance and Investor Relations, Managed global procurement and logistics and handled IT.
Debasis graduated in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata post which he completed his Chartered Accountancy. He has also participated at the Executive Development Programmes at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia and London Business School. |

Mr. Rambhau R. Kenkare is a Director of TC Tours Limited (Formerly known as Thomas Cook Tours Limited) and President & Group Head – Legal, Secretarial & Administration of Thomas Cook (India) Limited, India’s leading integrated travel and travel related services company. Mr. Kenkare joined Thomas Cook in 1998 as Head - Legal & Company Secretary. He is responsible for Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Administration related matters of the Company in India, and its subsidiaries in Mauritius, Sri Lanka, India, Hong Kong, branch offices in London, New York, Tokyo and representative offices in Barcelona, Beijing and Osaka.
Mr. Kenkare has about 28 years of experience in the travel, airline and manufacturing industry having worked with Blue Dart Express Limited, Blue Dart Aviation Limited, Damania Airways Limited and Ceat Limited.
Rambhau graduated in Commerce and Law, post which he became a Fellow Member (FCS) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, London (ACIS), and is a Member of The American Bar Association, USA, the Indian Council of Arbitration (MICA), and The Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals, USA.
